Been to see Callum Baker for 3 months so far, which he very quickly diagnosed I had a pelvic tilt. I've had back problems for years and seen other chiropractors... read more but none of them ever said what my problem was with little success. I thought wow how come others didn't know and NHS! I was in quite a mess really so Callum said not a quick fix but you can get better if you help yourself as well with certain exercises like planks, side planks, basically to build core strength, at the time initially was very difficult to do as was still in pain ish! But with sessions of seeing Callum which are very thorough and talking about how will England do at the euro football, I think to distract me from the next alignment haha! Watching England is painful enough! Not that what Callum does is painful it's necessary for recovery ! Hehe! Joking aside I think Callum is a lovely young chap, knows his stuff and I'm very very grateful on my road of recovery as thought nobody knew my condition and was getting depressed about it as couldn't work properly at all! ...i know it's working as now as just beginning to see him once a month at mo! Also the receptionists are all lovely people too, very welcoming and chatty!

I've not had a bad back since my initial 4 week intense sessions were completed. I have also had a few sessions with Scott for massages to sort out a neck problem which did the trick. Even if I don't hurt I still go to stop any recurring problems. The treatments and recommended additional minor lifestyle changes all go hand in hand but worth making. I can't recommend them enough. As well as the sessions, I have been given extra support through rehabilitation stretches and exercises to help my back. Whenever I have an extra issue like a muscle spasm, I can book myself in extra to have it helped before it gets worse. Emily was able to identify any issues my body had. The receptionist team are also lovely and always greet me warmly by name. I'm very lucky I can pop in for my sessions on my lunch break and have a chat during!
